1. 門口明明寫洗髮300
2. 一開始問我要怎麼吹，我說電棒簡單夾捲
3. 收費時金額是500— 因為我頭髮長度（我還第一次聽到這種收費方式）還有我使用電棒
以上，難道一開始不用跟新客人解釋嗎？
這不是金額問題，是感受度的問題
另，洗頭時也完全沒有按摩頭部、也沒有問還有沒有哪裡需要加強、也沒有問水溫是否適中，種種服務細膩度真的都不足夠
