第一次去 剛好是給店長剪到，服務很好 會很有耐心的溝通跟講解，最後髮型也很滿意~
Do not specify wash and cut 600, specify 800.
The first time I went, it happened to be cut for the store manager. The service is very good. I will communicate and explain patiently, and I am very satisfied with the final hairstyle~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 首先，設計師並沒有認真傾聽消費者的需求，也沒有用心溝通，自顧自地以自己的想法剪，過程還質疑消費者「幹嘛硬要剪短」這種字眼，完全傻眼。
而在剪髮過程中，完全可以感受到其技巧、手藝相當生疏（真的不誇張），最後只花了不到15分鐘、剪了極微量的髮尾末梢，沒洗髮卻被收了600元⋯⋯
回來看評論才知道，原來其實是洗加剪600元，猜測店家應該會回覆「不論洗不洗，只要有剪都是收600」？但重點是，怎麼會是客人回來看評論才知道真正的收費方式？
其實錢不等於全部，優秀的店家和設計師，更貴也值得。但這次的體驗從態度、溝通、技術到說明清楚收費方式，都讓人感到隨便且不受尊重，令人失望。

Service: They give free drinks and are always very welcoming. They also give you a short but good head massage when you get your hair washed.
Ambiance: The music is always good ?
Price: Excellent value for money!

My hairstylist Van was skilled, thoughtful and careful. He spends time communicating with his clients and making adjustments to meet their needs; he also follows up with his clients. Great style and experience, thank you :)
