★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中午12點多要來申請之前的診斷書，被門口插健保卡的保全口氣很差的詢問：「你要幹嘛？你不知道醫院中午休息嗎？門診下午兩點才開始」
我說我要申請診斷書，他才邊插卡邊很酸的說：「好，你去你去」
說實在的，就算醫院中午不開放，跟對方說一下就好了，口氣真的不用這麼差！
總之，原來漢銘醫院中午是不能進去的，長知識了！

櫃檯態度也不是很好

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6/14下午至急診開立診斷證明書 收完掛號費 等了約一小時告知我電腦故障無法開立 請我留下電話 等故障排除通知我 回到家約半小時 電話通知我可以去拿了！到這裡為止 我覺得還ok 畢竟凡事都有可能發生突發狀況 而且態度也不錯。到了晚上再次去到急診 付了診斷證明書費用 看了診斷書內容 誇張到沒有就醫日期 我問說沒有日期是正常的嗎？掛號小姐也沒回我 拿著診斷書請醫師修改 ok疫情期間忙到有疏失 算了！我又在急診室等了約5分鐘 才聽醫師說他無法修改 要系統怎樣怎樣的他才能修改 狀況來了 這時有急診病患的「家屬」來了 在家屬到來之前 急診室每個人都坐在椅子上打資料或寫東西什麼的沒有進行任何的醫療行為 病人也都安靜的躺在病床上 家屬來後醫師向家屬解釋病情喬病床什麼的 我又在旁空等約半小時 最後告知我現在有緊急狀況 讓我先回家等開好再過去拿！我開一張診斷證明書 跑了兩趟 前後在急診室等了至少一個半小時 錢也都收完了 收據拿了兩張 我需要的東西到底要等多久要跑幾趟才拿的到？
