7/19一大早,發現引擎有異音,去車行看,師傅說是需要檢查才知道原因,把車留下後,報價約6000(後輪1800,皮帶1100,滑動片三個150,後煞車皮600,後煞車碟盤1600,普利珠600),當下也沒有想太多,想說是該定期更換的耗材,就麻煩師傅直接修,隔天7/20,打電話來說,拆完後煞車後,發現後卡鉗有個零件斷裂(請看照片,需要整組換新的2500,還有換卡鉗的關係,後煞車油要一起更換900元,當下覺得有點傻眼,本來的想法是「該換就換,安全重要」,請他直接修,也請師傅拍照傳給我(人不方便過去),後來拿著照片去請教了自家開機車行的家人後,直接表明,這個零件正常行駛下,完全不可能磨損或斷裂,還跟好幾個認識的車行老闆討論過,這個零件會斷裂的原因,只有可能是以人力直接把他弄斷,而且零件上也沒有磨損的痕跡,有先打電話請他先不要修,後來打電話過去跟師傅確認,一位老師傅接電話的,因為自己不是專業人士,所以直接請家人跟師傅談,說話非常的油條,知道我請人來確認了,一點插話的空間都不給,不斷的重複為了修這台車,多辛苦花了多少時間(當下很想吐他,誰賺錢不用花錢花力氣?詐騙集團都要打電話了),還不斷的說修我的車的師傅被老闆罵的很慘,好奇的是,如果今天這個零件壞掉不是店家的問題,為什麼要罵師傅?重點是,從頭到尾沒有要承認是店家的失誤,才把零件弄壞,還是我家人提醒,可以用焊接等方式節省成本,不用直接換掉,才改口說用其他方式處理,後續處理情況如何再通知我。過了兩天,打電話來通知,說已經完成,焊接等費用要收800,我更傻眼了,妳們弄壞的東西,復原要跟我收錢,還要賺?當下跟通知的師傅提出這個疑問後,他無法做決定,說晚點請老闆回撥(大約晚上8點),我一直在等電話,等到隔天中午都沒打來,打電話去車行,說老闆在忙,我直接用LINE聯絡老闆,沒接沒回(有截圖),後來打來,連一句不好意思都沒有,推到師傅身上,說中午才跟他說,我回:「但是這不是我的問題啊,你們自己轉達的問題!」馬上轉移話題,也是死不承認是自己店的疏忽導致零件壞掉,覺得我該付這筆錢,我直接請專業的家人跟他談,又改口說,我打電話過去態度很差,而且這個零件本來就打算「優惠給我不收錢」,我傻眼。 這是事情的經過,從2021.7.19發生的事 結論,這是一件「自我意識」非常濃厚的店家,且處理事情態度非常不佳,經過這次經驗,我絕對打死不會再去這間店,更不用說再介紹朋友過去了,完全沒有任何誠信可言,因為自己的疏忽把客人的零件弄壞,完全沒有要解決與承認的誠意,甚至把問題推到客人身上,要客人直接花錢換新的,如果今天不是我有家人在做機車行(在台中,去維修的的幾天,人在台中,所以不方便過去),而且我有疑問去問的話,這筆錢我就是當盤子當定了,不是多少錢的問題,真的是感覺很差,當初本來想說是經銷商,應該比較有誠信,去過幾次後發現完全不是這麼一回事,我自己算是花錢在機車上不手軟的人,騎車快,耗材更換速度也快(舉例:一般機車約7000-8000換一次輪胎,我大概4000),價錢不要太誇張,技術好的話,我的錢很好賺的,不懂得把握客人,只想把問題推到客人身上,真的不是長久經營的方式,請大家如果要去,要再三考慮。 附上兩次的報價明細
