★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨天和朋友去買鐵觀音奶茶2杯正常去冰，拿到時一杯有加糖另外一杯完全無糖，於是拿回去告知店員麻煩加糖，店員當下都沒有一句抱歉或稍等的話語，大概過了五分鐘才又拿到那杯飲料，鐵觀音奶茶沒有奶味也無茶味，讓我特地推薦給朋友來喝的自己覺得很抱歉，友人表示這杯飲料85塊比外面一般茶攤還難喝，我能體諒百貨週年慶生意繁忙，但是這個已經不是走經而是徹底走調，貴商家需要好好檢討一下。PS.本人是翰林茶館的忠實顧客，第一次喝到這麼嚴重的品質問題。
 Yesterday, I went to buy Tieguanyin milk tea with my friends. 2 cups of normal ice, one cup had sugar and the other cup was completely sugar-free. So I took it back and told the clerk to trouble adding sugar. I got the drink again in minutes. Tieguanyin milk tea has no milk taste or tea taste. I am very sorry for recommending it to my friends. My friend said that this drink is 85 pieces more difficult than the average tea stall outside. Can understand that the department store ’s anniversary business is busy, but this is no longer a pass, but a thorough adjustment. Your business needs to review it. PS. I am a loyal customer of Hanlin Teahouse, and I have had such serious quality problems for the first time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 沒有高雄捷運站店所以留到這，第一次吃翰林不曉得是所有的店都這樣，如果有零顆星我一定給，夾幾顆關東煮173，賣相差又難吃，隨便把麵倒在關東煮裡，還煮沒熟，什麼醬料也沒有，當翰林爸塑膠？台灣為什麼可以有這種連鎖店存在這麼久還這麼有錢？真的後悔沒吃隔壁的7-11。
There is no Kaohsiung MRT station store, so I stay here. The first time I ate Hanlin, I don’t know that all stores are like this. If there are a few stars, I will definitely give it. In oden cooking, it is not cooked yet, and there is no sauce. When Hanlin Dad is plastic? Why can there be such a chain store in Taiwan that has existed for so long and is so rich? Really regret not eating the 7-11 next door.
