★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The tea is great but the service is terrible. Got all of our orders wrong. We had small children with us and they instead of pointing out that there were smaller cup sizes brought us all huge glasses that no one could finish. And was super expensive. So sad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great tea but TERRIBLE service! We reserved a few tables for 15+ people, and the waitress, the server AND the cashier (three separate people) had TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The tea was very tasty but especially NOT WORTH going if they are going to charge us an automatic "10% SERVICE FEE" that included no refills, no follow-up service, and defensive communication with the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We always visit this place every time we visit Taiwan. But the service has gone way down this time. No one checked on us after the food were served. We had to walk to the counter if there is something we need. With that kind of price we expect some service. We also request 2nd floor seating but was told no because there were still table available on the first floor. However, other customers were able to select table on the second floor without any issue. We believe we were told no because we have young children with us. This place is not kids friendly at all. Restroom have no changing table, but they did allow me to use the 3rd floor seating area for diapering. Most likely we will not return to this place again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got take away. The roasted tieguanyin was nice. The pearls here are nicer than chunsuitang. But CST has nicer milk tea imo.
