★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 慕名台灣亞馬遜之名而來，走起來很舒服，沒有嚴重的日曬問題，有些路段有懸崖峭壁走的時候要特別留心。又是一個強身健體的好地方。

是一條算是親民的古道，沿途有不少前人居住及使用的痕跡，除崩塌處、下切溪谷下上處、倒?⋯⋯，都有熱心前輩留有繩索，留意踏點，都可清鬆到此一覽號稱的（台灣亞馬遜）
雖然沒有神木樹群的碩大，但?了蒼翠濃密的樹叢，落葉淹沒的腰繞路徑，晃盪其中別有一番風味，就待您花些時間去體驗看看！
Ps 路徑多是沿山腰溪流而行，千萬要注意平衡，別讓自己的旅程，造成別人的困擾！
山林中也最忌諱，不屬於山林中的文明產物，既然帶進自然環境中，也麻煩帶出來⋯⋯

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worth going. Leeches were not as numerous as some might make you think. Very beautiful and challenging parts where trail has been damaged in slumps. I wished I could have walked all the way to Yilan, but we turned back to get back to cars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty much a trip into a jungle! Many camping spots along the way, which eventually turns into a technically difficult and unmaintained trail.
I suggest to visit during the summer and enjoy the dips into the refreshing river.
However... Be ready to deal with leeches.
