非會員洗頭280,沒有按摩,直接躺洗,第一次3分鐘快速洗,第二次有按摩2,3回合約6分鐘,就問哪裡還會癢多抓1分鐘沖水,沖沒多久都沒問就關水,覺得沒沖乾淨……(因為泡泡按很多) 是一位灰綠白長髮臉頰有斑的中年婦女設計師,又沒什麼客人,不知道在趕什麼時間,吹頭髮也趕時間,還問我吹直就好嗎?大約40分鐘就送客收工, 價格比隔壁曼都貴, 服務又不優, 不推!!

(7/24針對官方回覆後的回應補充:看起來是蠻官方的回應方式,各位如果看看那些之前的一顆星負評 也可以發現就是類似的官方答覆加我們會再改善我們會再教育 我只需要補充一件事 在現在感受被欺騙並反應一個店家不該這樣經營甚至有欺騙消費者的嫌疑 然後質問當初接待的人 為什麼可以這麼輕易改口說另外一套 當沒有聽過客戶的再三確認 堅持說她回答的是另一件事 全場四個店員 一個裝安靜 兩個靜靜地看著我開起來也不覺得意外 一個更是坐在旁邊的椅子上繼續看手機 連回頭都沒回頭過 老實說吧 我的感受就是這根本不是第一次 活或者他們根本就不在乎 然後在我多次質問當初接待的人卻完全玩靜默的這一套時 旁邊才有一個淡淡地說 不好意思 我們很抱歉之類的話…….我就多補充一點讓你們參考並且所謂的深刻反省吧 如果真的可能的話 我只有一個很清楚的經驗學習 我絕對不可能再去這家店 然後你們的品牌與形象 也很可惜地因為這些非常基本的 口中的再教育再訓練 早就讓人家對於一個連鎖品牌喪失信心) 看著外面造型剪髮550 會員500的廣告進去了 一開始就問店員 很清楚地詢問 請問洗加剪費用多少 店員回覆我:會員500 如果非會員550 接著我就接受了 坐下來還請店員幫我查一下我的會員資格 她拿著ipad過來查詢了我的電話號碼 查完也沒告知是否過期 只問我是不是畫面上這位 我說是 接著就有人來幫我洗髮跟剪髮了 先不說剪的好不好了 接下來發生的事才讓我這個曾經是會員的大為驚訝 一剪完到了付款的階段 哪位一開始門口接待我的小姐馬上說了 xx先生因為你的會員資格已經過期了 你要續會員嗎還是用非會員價格 我說先不續了吧 那是多少錢呢? 喔!非會員價是830! 什麼?!830?!你不是跟我講得很清楚 非會員是550嗎?為什麼是830? 喔 因為我回答給你的只是剪髮的價格 洗髮要另外計算 所以總共是830 等等 我再跟你確認一下 請問一下我一進來是不是有很清楚地問你 我要洗加剪 並且清楚問你洗加剪的金額是多少 然後你接著詢問我的電話確認會員資格 請問我有有至少兩次以上給你「確認洗加剪的價格是多少?」這時候竟然噤聲了 我再怎麼詢問要她誠實以告就裝安靜了 然後只看旁邊某個造型時輕輕地說了一句 不好意思喔! 不好意思喔!?就這樣要這樣隨隨便便跟顧客多要了280?在你們明明知道顧客已經再三跟你們確認 所以你們是刻意欺騙?由於我有要事在身而且很明顯地這店裡總共四個店員完全都開始裝不理會也只有我一個顧客 我很不愉快地付了錢並且告訴他們我一定會去投訴! 以下就是我一離開返家路上打給該品牌客服得到的回應: -我們造型剪髮550/500沒錯 但是那只有單純剪髮 -我們每家店的定價不太一樣 你要告訴我哪一家店我才能去了解一下 -但是我們至少會跟顧客說明清楚每項服務的價格以後才會開始提供服務 -洗髮一般額外收費是250 什麼!?250 所以我還甚至被多收了30? 喔 不是這樣 可能那家分店洗頭的收費比較不一樣 我要跟他們了解一下才能回覆你 那根據你剛剛說的 他們根本沒有事先把費用說清楚 甚至有欺騙消費者的嫌疑 請問一下你們品牌是這樣提供服務 是這樣經營的嗎? 喔 當然不是 我要跟他們了解一下才回覆你 以上完整呈述今天的真實經歷 無比差的體驗 尤其身為一個前會員 做生意貴在誠實 先別說服務的品質與專業程度了 一個讓顧客連被欺騙的感覺都如此強烈的店家 我只能很負責任地上來給予負評 並且對於以上的任何一字一句完全負責!
