My most disappointing hairdresser experience ever! It was my first time in this salon (Happy Hair Tianmu). I was ready to pay 6000 NTD for refreshing my existing long hair balayage. I needed to remove a bit yellowish colour from tips and colour up the roots (because of grey hair appearance). Almost everything in this saloon went wrong - starting from negligent attitude (I was sitting in the chair for quite some time until the hairdresser finally approached, I was not offered to have any drink while having a 3.5-hour appointment there etc.) and ending up with the unforgivable level of unprofessionalism. I had to be serviced by hair designer, but instead of working with me, she delegated one super slow assistant to put the hair bleacher in my hair. When it was finally applied + waiting time, I seriously started to worry and looked for somebody to come over to explain what is happening as the bleacher was left in my hair for 2 (!!) hours already and nobody was paying attention to me during all this time. Also, the way how the bleacher was put in the hair was very suspicious as they didn't make any transition to secure the balayage effect. I was still hoping that they will fix it with the next steps until I realised that the only step left is the additional colour which they put on the part they bleached, not even on the hair roots. When I pointed it out, another girl of their staff approached speaking better English and explained that everything is under control. After 3.5 hours in this salon when they started to blow the hair I ascertained that my hair is completely damaged. From already very good balayage which needed only refreshing, it went to uneven bluish/grey shade with sharp (or non-existent) transition to yellowish/warm brown roots. It was nothing even close to the pictures I showed to hair designer in the beginning (classical balayage with transition to ash blonde). For the very first time, I was in tears when leaving the salon. Despite the nice administrator girl who tried to calm me down by offering another service for free, I was so upset and wanted to run away from this place as soon as possible. I guess it's clear I will never show up there despite whatever free service they might offer. Writing this long review for others to seriously consider this place when going for any service, especially if it requires high knowledge of hair and colouring.

Jane is the best stylist ? I have been going to her for 5 years, she speaks English well and she is always able to treat my hair with care. She always gets it right, especially with foreign hair.

Excellent Service, the recommendation from stylist is helpful, don't be afraid to ask for changes or questions. I been here multiple times with the same stylist, and every time I walk out a happier person. I do recommend to schedule a appointment ahead of time, you can do it on their website, or the phone, but just make sure to select the right the location. The stylist I go to is Quinne, in my opinion I get the best hair cut from her, I hope it is the same with you.

This is the worst place you can ever go to for a haircut. The stylist (Name starts with an J), she was serving with an bad attitude and gave me an awful haircut. Because I had this haircut today, I would have to wear a hat everyday for four months untill my hair grows back to normal. Their service is absolutely awful on many ways. The guy in the front desk served us in an bad attitude, he let us stand in front of the shop for about twenty minutes just to wait for the stylist to come. My haircut reservation was for 12:00 but it was already 12:25 and we were still waiting. Not only did I wait for the stylist to come. When the guy in the front desk asked us to get to a seat I waited for a total of 40 minutes sitting there as if I was nobody. The hair washing was also terrible, the lady had a glove on while washing my hair. The price for the haircut is absolutely a scam l, I believe the actual value for the haircut is 100NTD instead of 1000+ NTD. I will never come back, and I really do not recommend this place. I looked at the google review and it was an 4.5 star. And also many people said the stylist (name starts with an J) was good so I got a haircut from her. I think that all the comments and review are bots and bought. DEAR HAPPY HAIR, Please be gone in Taiwan. Your place is absolutely awful and disgusting.
