★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located next to the well-known river- Love river , the hotel has a wonderful view.
The breakfast includes a various delicacies and the free afternoon tea is provided out of expectation. Besides, the bed is good enough for visitors to have a great sleep.
Only one thing - the door of the room is unable to lock caused us lots of trouble.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though restaurants opened up weeks ago, the restaurant at Harbour 10 Hotel is still closed. The buffet breakfast is actually a measly lunchbox. No coffee. No fruit. You are allowed a single styrofoam cup of processed orange juice though. If you book online, you will get a different price once you show up. We did not even get maid service. I put a pic up. That was our room when we came back after a day on the town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked this hotel but it’s definitely a place targeting families, so you will see a lot of large families traveling together and kids who call you 外國人 in the elevator.

And it's a 4stars hotel but use the tower is not good. The room is too small and service is not good. When I submit the service card to the counter no check then say thanks. Didn't ask customer if anything need to improve or can help. So if you want to choose this hotel uh...you can have the other good choice than this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bed sheet and duvet sheet are not well-cleaned, feel quite itchy when sleeping. After informing staff from reception, the staff guaranteed to provide an alternative room. However, he ended up knocked the door and gave me a new duvet, mentioning that “it’s not a big case so I think a new duvet should be alright.” I would like to invite the GM to explain if it is “alright” or not

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The view of the river from our hotel was amazing. I will miss that shower a lot. The buffet is not bad. Nevertheless, I think it could be much cleaner. For example, the floor right before the bathroom in our room was very wet when we arrived and it remained like that for the three days we stayed. Quite disgusting.
