食物有些微調味，不會像外面某些健康便當完全就只是水煮，但同時又保持清爽健康的口感，感受得到老闆的用心。而且有標示熱量，讓我每天飲食紀錄方便許多。
裡面食材也是真材實料，比起一堆只是拿紅蘿蔔花椰菜水煮再加一塊雞胸肉就號稱健康便當的貴森森店家好太多了。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 台湾もフィットネスブームなので低GI弁当とかのお店がここ数年で増えたが単にブームに便乗してるだけの素人感丸出しのお店が多くて辟易していたが、ここのお店のお弁当は本当に美味しい上に味付けもほど良い感じなので健康に気を遣ってる方やトレーニーにオススメ。
個人的には「ネギ塩鶏胸肉弁当」が日本人好みの味付けなのでオススメ。
臺灣也是健身潮流，所以這幾年暴增供應低GI健身餐，但都感覺只不過是利用潮流的，越吃越不想吃。不過，這間的健身餐不只好吃，調味也剛剛好，所以適合顧慮自己健康者或在健身房訓練者吃這間的餐點。
我個人推薦「蔥塩雞胸肉餐盒」
