★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 海頓當年緑意盎然，為中部著名山莊，唯美中不足之處，乃今年初砍掉已三四十年的黑板樹，又無法及時補種，加上會館前的大榕樹（精神象徵)枯倒，櫻花相継蟲害而亡，住戶纷紛摌掉草皮，加蓋車庫，綠意打折，愛心不施於大自然，回到都市中的格調，真令人唏噓不已。但願管委會諸公能扭轉乾坤，還我當年盛況，為世人(尤其後代子孫)留下一片境土。一一忠言逆耳，良藥苦口。
Haydn was a famous mountain villa in the central part of the year. The shortcomings in aesthetics were that the blackboard tree that had been cut down for 30 to 40 years at the beginning of this year was unable to replant it in time. In addition, the big banyan tree (spiritual symbol) in front of the hall fell down. The cherry blossoms died due to insect damage, and the residents shed their turf, built garages, discounted greenery, and did not give love to nature. The style of returning to the city is really embarrassing. I hope that the lords of the management committee can turn things around, return my grand occasion, and leave a piece of land for the world (especially future generations). One by one, the truth is against the ears, and the good medicine is bitter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 對外交通，不是很好，往快官74號中彰快速道路，山路狹小斗峭，彎道眾多，行駛需多加小心°小黑蚊密密麻麻，在屋外需穿長袖，噴灑防蟲劑，唯一亮點是雖然是幾十年的老別墅區，蓋得道是不錯，植被，造景也不錯，沒有城市裡的喧囂，雜亂，能有一夜好眠
