★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 馬桶會漏水，自己查到是落水器的止水皮久了變形，打去客服，客服說公司沒有單賣這片止水皮，要買整組更換，而且原本的型號已停產，現在都是新的型號。要嘛整組換，要嘛換新的產品，完全沒有備品零件可以修，非常糟糕的一家衛浴設備公司!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 維修接待詹小姐非常的熱心，快速的安排維修。維修的顏先生非常有經驗，5分鐘就把馬桶水箱的把手換好了。
之前在家裡附近找了三家水電行，都沒辦法搞定（水箱把手不符合，用的是副廠把手）還花了一大筆冤枉錢，和浪費很多時間！
強力推薦以後有問題就直接找「和丞維修」，千萬不要找家裡附近的水電行～～（到最後花的錢是一樣的，那倒不如找原廠維修⋯）

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天去和成營業的地方，被員工罵的很不舒服因為我第一次去走錯門就像犯罪一樣，請問現場也沒有標示入口或車道，我想請問一下和成這麽大的企業怎麼在湖口農地搭鐵皮屋營業有合法嗎，我會請縣府去了解，企業大也不用狗眼看人低，現場主管也很跩，東西拿了可以走了
