透過朋友介紹來到HC,真的超級值得! 非常感謝這麼優質的團隊的協助,第一次到門市,柔妤細心地介紹與拍照的提醒;禮服秘書洪豬仔協助挑合適禮服;也大推造型師-儷蓉、攝影師-阿觀以及助理、司機大哥老王(?)(長得好像李宗盛),他們超幽默而且很完美的配合,讓我整天幾乎無冷場地笑、笑不停(除了車上休息外),完全不擔心笑不出來或是笑僵了XD 真的是抱著一顆「我是出來玩的!」的心情拍照就對了! 也很感謝造型師的側拍,除了幫我們照顧拍照時妝髮要很OK外,還協助側拍,讓我們再拿到作品前能先一睹為快。 接下來超期待婚紗照的成品~~~ 太多要感謝的,就感謝天吧!

非常滿意hc的服務,從接待(柔妤)的細心解說,禮秘(洪豬仔)協助挑選合適的婚紗,到新秘老師Qunnie的細膩妝髮及攝影團隊攝影師龍sir,燈光師阿豪,都非常的滿意,在此感謝所有hc團隊,攝影師(龍sir)拍攝速度想當快狠準,完全不拖泥帶水,只能說新人一定要腦子很清楚要吃飽,否則是跟不上龍sir的速度的,稍微動作沒擺好馬上會被勸導(新娘加油喔??)嗯,很有效的溝通方式,不過攝影師也會事先溝通我們想要的拍攝感覺,溝通上有達成共識所以在拍照的過程也能很快進入狀況,我跟我ㄤ腦子都挺清楚的,所以這個部分沒太大問題,比較要留意的是如果想拍一些好看的姿勢,也可以在拍攝前1個月就先拉拉筋,筋硬的拍完婚紗肩頸想當疼痛,沒有要批評意思喔,我想當滿意此次的照片,可是我肩膀確實疼???只能怪自己筋不夠軟Q啦??? 新秘老師Qunnie非常厲害,當然她也會事先溝通妳想要的妝髮,建議新娘如果有喜歡的造型(在網路上先做一些功課)截圖給老師,老師可以盡可能完成妳的心願,But如果妳挑的髮型是編髮類的還是建議把頭髮染淺,否則線條感會不明顯,效果差很多。妝感其實老師都知道現在最紅的路線是什麼,這方面我是交給她處理。品質優良的一家婚紗攝影公司,五星推推推?????

1.原先想要的拍攝地點(含備案)在line群討論時攝影師覺得可以,當日天氣不好想拿備案但攝影師卻說備案拍起來不好看,不懂為何不先說? 2.拍攝8小時僅拍攝271張照片,多數照片是笑容歪斜、皺眉,表情不佳,但過程中都未告知新人這樣的情形,也沒有在過程中給予相機中拍攝之照片查看,出來後效果無法挑到足夠能放的照片。 3.新人有於婚攝工作群組分享欲拍攝風格照片,但是攝影師並未與新人討論細節,(僅詢問取景要遠還是近,其餘拍攝姿勢及道具使用都未詳談),且拍攝之照片成果也與分享之照片有明顯差距,無論是取景還是拍攝姿勢;最後比較相似照片效果不到1成。 4.新人於婚攝工作群組有分享拍攝道具,但是在過程中攝影師並未和新人討論欲呈現效果,甚至遺忘要拍的道具,直到新人提醒才倉促補上,但已不是適合之場景。 5.和門市人員討論協調拍攝失敗問題,被說要自己本來回家就要練習笑容(但拍攝前未提過),認為是新人問題,而攝影師是沒有被要求重拍過的人,但是笑容僵硬、姿勢怪異等照片都是可以避免的,無論是拍攝時機還是拍攝角度,或者多拍幾張,明顯是未用心拍攝和引導告知拍攝效果,且不停強調攝影師是自己選的,但拍攝成果新人根本不知道會差那麼多。 6.然而反應後門市人員告知重拍也必需是同攝影師,完全沒辦法對原攝影師有信任感,門市人員還告知另外一個備案是換攝影師但必須加錢,儘管最後協談到能夠換攝影師不加錢,但因為第5點對門市人員認為拍照結果責任歸屬是新人問題,故已不想合作。 7.查過法條不能一次要求消費者付清婚紗費用,與門市人員反應,對方說:「當時沒有人拿刀逼你付,是你自己同意付款」 8.談到彼此僵持不下時,門市人員表示,我們並沒有不想處理,也不是沒有誠意,是新人自己不願意接受工作室給的解決方案,新人告知原因是因為對整個工作室缺乏信任(第5點,因無同理心設想)後,另外一位門市人員出來協調溝通,但是門市人員說的最後一句話是:「你們這樣我們也覺得你們很奇怪,讓我們上班那麼坎坷」 8.雙方冷靜一段晚餐的時間後請主管協商,和主管反應員工說的話,主管僅回覆:「他們會這麼說我也覺得很奇怪」,且新人反應此事時,該員工聽到還於櫃檯拍桌子,站起來看(瞪)著新人方。 此工作室一定還是有好的團隊,但是以我個人的體驗結果而言,不會推薦給親朋好友。
