服務真的不怎麼樣,急件不是第一趟送而是第二件,客服回答我會寫上儘量,這個客服人員也太不專業的回答了吧,超級差的感覺!???

其實連一顆星都不想給,客服的電話禮儀需要特別加強…… 如果客服不想做可以換工作,不用做的那麼不開心,電話的口氣很不削~

官網和營業時間表,周一到周六都有營業到晚上8點,星期六到現場去寄貨時卻說星期六算假日沒有收貨,若是如此周休二日的民眾都無法寄貨,明明有好幾人在上班,卻無法作業,若真的有更改時間,官網卻沒有更正時間,真是令人超不方便。。。。

沒有比這家服務態度更差的物流了,約訂日期時間不到不說,電話打去客服提醒時間到未送達,要出門。隔天還被司機靠北說為何跟客服說沒到,他都快送來了,這真是無語了…..後面還威脅我說不送了,要我自取…….直接請它退回,不要了,請合作廠商送另一家物流,貼錢都不要你送,以後跟這家合作的直接拒買了……無言的物流公司,新竹也不是只有你這家。態度真大牌。

可以理解物流配送等等事項非常辛苦 出錯在所難免 都可以體諒 打電話過去站點詢問貨物情況合情合理 三個貨物一起寄同一個地址 一個主單號 兩個子單號 其中一箱沒收到顯示寄到不對的站點去 打電話詢問很正常吧 接電話的客服還反過來說那一定是我地址填錯 請問地址填錯另外兩箱怎麼寄到的 還在那邊跟我扯每天經手十幾萬貨件怎樣怎樣 我根本也沒有指責什麼 只想問該怎麼解決手邊的問題 配合多年送貨人員一直都很值得讚賞 有出錯也都是能體諒的範圍 這次不過打電話去站點詢問一下 就覺得客服這個服務態度怎麼會是這樣 還好之後打去頭份的站所 那邊的客服人員清楚明瞭解釋並且還原狀況 讓我知道該怎麼處理這樣的問題 覺得新竹站所接電話人員態度有待加強
