貨物配送抵達營業所三天了,還告訴我貨很多,不一定這二天有辦法配送!打電話到營業所去問接電話的小姐服務態度非常惡劣,只說會轉達給司機,就掛我電話了! 下次網購要先問清楚配合的物流公司!

5/14物流紀錄顯示,早上7點多就到北投所,下午四點跟本沒打電話來確顯示與客戶改約時間?5/16打電話詢問:說5/14是司機走錯路?專門跑這區還會跑錯路,說下午會送到!結果晚上6點還沒收到貨,在進電詢問,說司機車禍,晚上8點會請其他人送來!現在晚上10點什麼都沒看到,真是夠了!這樣的物流速度跟品質?

當初送貨備註請提前預約時間,貨抵達時家裡沒人想另約時間,一直以晚班沒人送貨為由推託,且不斷提議要將貨品放在門口就離開,試問貨品不見誰要負責?講沒兩句話就說公司離送貨地點很近,希望我自己去拿,請問那付運費有何意義?

一件畢業禮物的貨物,原本一兩天就會到,早上寄送撥了一通電話沒接到就沒有然後了。回撥後居然說公司其中一名司機確診所以下午不知道會不會送,可能會到禮拜一才送。我是不知道中午還能送下午不能送是什麼概念啦,結果想說去現場拿,也都打電話說好,結果真的過去現場拿又說貨物在司機那,沒辦法拿取~蛤三小啊?所以你們沒送到的東西都是讓司機帶回家喔?一個畢業禮物搞到對方都成家立業了禮物還沒送到,超扯。

新竹物流越來越不討喜了! 近期疫情期間都在家,手機也都在身上或附近,但貨運司機送貨時都沒打電話通知下樓領貨! 9/9自行上傳說客戶更改收貨時間,打給客服聯繫後說電話號碼有問題要我重新留手機號碼! 但隔天9/10依舊都在家,司機居然上傳客戶不在家,下次送! 我又打給客服,客服回覆司機沒收到我重新留的手機號碼,所以要明天才會再送! 等一件包裹居然要花三天時間!客服說司機路線都差不多時間,再注意到貨時間!如果提早到貨剛好我不在家不就又要等兩天?(連喊名字都沒有) 司機說東西10:00會到,家裡有人可以代收,一直陸續聯絡直到19:00買的物件都沒到,付了錢拿人商品,為了一件商品一直等,那跟上班有什麼兩樣,還沒有薪水,還說地址錯誤,可是之前輸入其他物流,都沒地址上的問題,好不容易下班了,還為了等物件,繼續加班的感覺,心情不是很好,
