★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 去年的12月28號 已經打給客服反應第一次是他直接電話一接起來就罵三字經,還嗆聲說很趕是不是!
第2次收到貨之後打給客服又再說明一次到底這位呂秉原司機有多惡劣,從頭到尾沒催促過他,一來還說我到底要不要收貨,反過來怪我一直催他?!害他要這時間送貨,害他加班,不道歉就算了態度一樣理直氣壯,超大聲的嗆明歡迎我去檢舉,事實證明反應客服也沒什麼意義,連通電話、簡訊都沒有一個交代!
 Last year, on December 28th, I already called the customer service. The first response was that he cursed the three-character classic as soon as he answered the phone directly, and he choked and said that he was in a hurry!
After receiving the goods for the second time, I called the customer service and explained again how bad this Lu Bingyuan driver was. He never urged him from start to finish. Once he said whether I should take the goods or not, in turn blame me for urging him?! It made him want to deliver goods at this time, and it made him work overtime. Even if he didn't apologize, his attitude was just as reasonable. I was so loudly welcoming to report it. It turns out that there is no point in responding to the customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 離下班還有40分就沒有人要接電話，為了要詢問一下退貨的時間，連續打了8通電話，就是沒有人要接電話，只好趕快去辦理，至少騎車要30分鐘，沒想到到了那裡，退貨人員說會計下班了，沒有錢可以退款給我，要我星期一再去，明明辦公室還有很多人在位置上，就是沒有人要接電話，真是很差勁的公司，讓人白跑一趟很有趣是嗎？真的很差勁

I didn’t expect it. There, the return staff said that the accountant was off work, and there was no money to refund to me. They asked me to come back on Monday. There are many people in the office, but no one wants to answer the phone. It's a really bad company. It's fun to take a trip, isn't it? really bad
