我付冷凍運費寄件到外縣市，結果運送過程完全沒有用冷凍運輸！冷凍的食品就這樣在炎熱的車體內被載了1-2小時後，當作一般寄件運送給客人？！
要不是司機良心發現偷偷跟我說，我還不知道新竹貨運這麼缺德！
Hsinchu freight really sucks!
I paid refrigerated shipping to send to other counties and cities, but the delivery process did not use refrigerated transportation at all! Frozen food is left in a hot car for 1-2 hours and then shipped to customers as regular mail? !
If it wasn't for the driver's conscience finding and secretly telling me, I still don't know that Hsinchu Freight is so immoral!
