要不是真的過了好幾天都沒收到簡訊接到電話 去查訂單的話根本不知道東西已經到了 一通電話都沒接到 送貨員就顯示已經有打電話客戶沒接 阿我都沒有未接來電請問是打給誰 然後打客服電話說營業時間是週一至週六 結果打去說假日沒有開 到底是在幹嘛 啊我都付錢了東西拿不到誰要賠我

因為沒有零顆星的評論,所以只好給一顆星! 商品明明就到站了,無法配送也不通知,也不給詢問,明知道連假前後貨運量大,站所自己不知道分配協調,卻把客人權益放在最後!真是22667788!只好給零星好評!

因為年關近,貨物大塞車, 自己到營業所取貨, 感謝 新竹客服人員跟營業所取貨人員協助幫忙,現場貨物多,取貨也多, 人員雖然忙碌, 還怕貨太重還要幫我搬到車上!非常細心! 辛苦了大家!非常時期,大家互相體諒一下!

12/21早上8:29收到送貨通知,預定下午1-3點送貨,本人知道物流此時最忙,8:42馬上傳訊該線吳姓物流人員手機,告知他下午不在,貨物放物流站即可,我自己去提領。約11點到達物流站,一陣翻找物流站告知貨物被載出去了。我馬上再傳訊吳姓物流員,我回家等,請他儘早送。下午一點半貨物未到,我只好致電吳姓物流員,問他何時貨未到,他不耐煩回覆就是在預定的1-3點,我詢問他是否看到我早上所傳訊息?他說他理貨時不看簡訊,看到時已11點。我問他有看到訊息,難道無法趁停車送貨時回個簡訊?為了這筆貨,消費者白跑一趟物流站,還回家空等,整體耽誤半天時間!如果他無法配合,簡單回個訊息,我可以有其他安排。他抱怨我之前有貨要求他到貨十分鐘前先電話通知我,意思是他配合度多好,實則是我平日要上班,公司離住家十分鐘車距,我並無限定他何時到貨,也不想讓他載貨出來撲空或空等,體恤他到貨前10分鐘致電,我配合他的到貨時間回家等貨(兩次都是我接到電話馬上中斷工作回家,都是我先到家等他,完全沒讓他等待),作為消費者,我配合度不好嗎?他都能抱怨? 工作態度這麼消極,只會傷害新竹貨物信譽而已。

不要再騙了 沒送就沒送 追蹤進度還說是司機搞錯了 客服小姐根本就是睜眼說瞎話 花了錢還要被框 以後不會再使用你們的服務了 你們最好累死算了 我看是不是比從國外送還嬌貴 非要等個一周半個月了 真好的服務

一個星都不想給的貨運公司,接電話的客服專員很客氣,也很親切(一顆星是給她的)但司機的工作sop真的是讓人無言,打電話收貨人沒接到就直接給別人簽收了,還說我們這邊沒人收貨都是給里長收,我在我們社區住7年了,從來沒把東西寄放給里長,也沒聽過這種事,給里長就算了,也不打電話或簡訊告知顧客,如果今天沒打去詢問,我的貨不就被吃掉了嗎??????真的超級傻眼

寄送詐騙包裹家中長輩不清楚就付錢收下了,司機甚至沒有請家人簽收!立即聯絡客服請司機來收回,竟然說要本人將包裹退回站所,甚至態度非常糟糕的表示這就是公司流程規定!司機都可以不照流程簽收卻要我們照流程退貨?此詐騙包裹在網上都查得到且也有一陣子了,客服卻一再推託說他們不會知道自己配送的商品是什麼?這種包裹公司不該過濾嗎?打電話給客服說要回電至今也沒有,爛到不行^^

一顆星都不值得給,要不是一定要點才能寫評論!態度極差、超不專業的物流公司! 1/23(日)送貨司機送貨前5分鐘來電詢問是否在家收貨,告知外出可否晚15分鐘送,司機表示要離開該區域沒有辦法等待,詢問可否1/24(ㄧ)到營運所自取貨,司機表示可以,於是向其確認營運時間。1/24(一)營運時間內,自行到營業所取貨,結果站務人員表示貨物要寄件公司確認才可領。向其表示當事人自取,且貴公司送貨司機也表示可以自取,站務人員態度囂張只回一句:司機亂說!就這樣也不協助如何處理! 實在傻眼到不行!貴公司人員專業度零,服務態度其糟無比!貨運查詢紀錄也是客戶自取!結果本人親自到站卻領不了貨,如果流程環節需要特定條件,送件當天就應該告知,而不是讓人白跑一趟⋯⋯也有沒有提供解決方式! 所幸聯繫寄件公司,請站務人員直接接電話確認(接電話前還一副不以為然的樣子),才將貨物取到!如此不專業又傲慢的服務態度,難怪評論紀錄極差!

If the process requires specific conditions, I should inform you on the day of delivery, instead of letting people run for nothing... Is there any solution! Fortunately, I contacted the shipping company, and asked the station staff to answer the phone directly to confirm (they looked disapproving before answering the phone), and then I picked up the goods!
