接電話的客服人員我還以為我有欠他錢?
因寄出的貨物太趕想直接取回不寄了，是用公司名義撥打所以自認是非常有禮貌在說明了，前後共打三通電話詢問及接洽，分別是三個不同人接聽，但他們最大的共同點就是聽起來都非常職業倦怠以及很厭世? 第三位還直接超嗆的說：「你是在說什麼？」確定我是要取回不寄之後更嗆，也不是說要多客氣啦，但至少不用不屑吧，這麼大一間公司，底下的客服人員素質竟然是如此，真是令人不敢恭維！

The biggest thing in common is that they all sound very job burnout and world-weary. The third person also directly said, "What are you talking about?" After confirming that I want to get it back and not send it, it will choke even more, not to say more. You're polite, but at least you don't need to disdain it. The quality of the customer service staff in such a big company is really unflattering!

我在通知商品公司時它們再次下了訂單你第一次沒電話沒簡訊就直接回報說人外出另約時間.我明明當時在家而且貨物就放在守衛室內,過了三天還回報公司收件異常沒收到貨物 我下班去看監視器 結果司機根本沒出現
