★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 明明沒人收到包裹 卻被通知包裹已簽收 溝通了了好幾天 也去像大樓調閱監視器都還是沒看到包裹 但新竹物流卻還是堅稱包裹已經送出！一直到最後才告知原來包裹還在他們倉庫沒發出。可是卻一句道歉都沒有 是在哈囉？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 明明就只配送到1/28，1/28下午打去桃園營業所詢問包裹現況，說晚上會配送到三重營業所，要我打電話去問，致電至三重營業所詢問，三重營業所客服說我的包裹本來就是預定明日(1/29)配送，叫我不用擔心，如果要自取隔日早上八點打來跟客服說，包裹就會留在站內，結果今天1/29打電話時，客服早已都不接電話，殺去三重營業所，竟然跟我說司機今天就已經沒有配送了，包裹還在桃園，如果有包裹就一定給我拿！只差一步就拿到包裹了，為什麼要這樣騙人！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5/20 11:40 送貨點 松江路38巷，送貨人員要求至一樓簽收，已告知家人確診本人不便下樓，該員告知只能將包裹放在一樓，詢問若遺失怎麼辦，該員回覆「那我沒辦法」，後來說要改送本人對面的一樓公司地點，或許是因為公寓需要爬樓梯故心情不佳，但回覆方式有待加強，請貴公司及貴所加強訓練。

一開始說找不到我的貨，後來說找到了又要隔一個禮拜才送，我說那我親自去好了，他也沒說要付錢，到了現場才跟我說還少運費要我付錢，叫我還要去外面自己領錢想辦法，溝通半小時後才說可以匯款。
我不是奧客，可是我沒事先知道資訊我哪會帶夠錢，開車大老遠來一開始聽到我沒帶夠錢也沒法領還直接跟我說叫我回家？拿夠錢再來？

No schedule, no plan... Just running from east to west all day. Must be getting paid by the mile, not by the package. Certainly not by customer satisfaction.
