請問你們是打給誰了，我根本就沒有接到電話說要送貨，請你做個誠實的人, 你起碼要真的打電話來告知，不然我為了等貨，都不能外出，害我浪費一天的時間.
18:44 連續打了四通電話給五股營業所, 都沒人接電話, 該所表定當日上班時間是7:00~19:00 !!!!!!!!

明明在XX購物上選擇早上9點至12點為送貨時間，在家等到晚上7點都沒送來，出去吃飯檢查物流信息，竟然顯示晚上9點才送貨。還顯示沒有通知到收貨人。
第二天一起床收到信息說聯絡不到我，讓我去聯絡送貨人，原本想好聲好氣表達抱歉，畢竟送了兩次都無法聯絡。結果對方一接電話就用超爛的語氣來回覆我，说我手機打不進去，全都是我的问题，疯狂推卸責任真的笑爛^_^

Company will say "Nobody was home to receive package"
Driver will say "I didn't go there on those days"
Company will say "We contacted the driver but he didn't pick up"
Driver will say "Didn't miss any message"
Later the company will say "we didn't know who the driver was"
(That means they called someone they don't know, and he didn't pick up?
Company doesn't know why your package is not in a refrigerated car when the package clearly requires it.
Package was in so-called "freezer car" from 9:30 until 17:30, but its completely melted.
They will pick it up on Monday morning, but driver does not put you on their Monday schedule.
Update: Don't complain to them.. They will put you on a blacklist.
Though honestly.. That's probably a good thing.
