★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這裡是辦公大樓，每次來的時間都不一樣，為什麼要挑12：00-13：00休息時間送來？然後直接把東西丟在門口？那以後簽收都不用了啊！
明明也會在樓下吃飯休息，為何12：00-13：00來的話不先送住家社區，或是先休息吃個飯呢？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "冷凍包裹"配送完全沒有打電話或簡訊聯絡本人。甚至未經本人同意就將包裹交給他人。連轉交後也沒有再發簡訊通知，導致包裹從下午被放到晚上8點半後本人才得知有冷凍包裹，商品已失溫。(全天人在家)
打去客服後卻還回覆他們送貨不可能一個一個打電話。非常無言!!!完全搞不懂重點!!
