男藥師口氣、態度非常差勁。戴口罩、掃了實聯制條碼要進門時,突然被吼「沒看到門口牌子嗎?!」門口有放個「一出一進」的紙板(第一次看到藥局這樣放)但進門當下沒看到店裡有客人,被藥師吼完才發現有位嬌小阿嬤被貨架擋住了。而因為這種事像小學生般被店員罵,感覺真的很差,請問有做錯什麼事嗎?我們也是好好的在遵守指揮中心防疫規範,需要這樣矯枉過正嗎?如果態度好些,有基本的待客禮貌,個別店家若要訂定額外規範,相信客人都願意遵守。只能說這間店就算不想做生意也不用這樣趕客人;三級期間大家出門都有壓力、會緊張,這樣釋放負能量、嚇阻客人有必要嗎? 註: 看了商家回應,只覺得啼笑皆非,從未走入店中,因為在入口處就被男藥師的強硬語氣嚇阻了,當下反應是退避三舍,轉身就離開了,請問何來「來店時影音檔案」?有必要透過回應「情緒勒索」嗎?再者,留言無關取暖,勿將自身格局套用在他人身上,給人貼標籤;只希望商家對來店客人多點尊重,有附加、非通則性規定可以好言提醒。若只看您的「商家回應」,還真如樓下評論者所言:您的留言反映您的爲人。

我覺得每次去藥師跟闆娘態度超級親切,有藥物上的問題也都很願意幫忙解答,賣東西也不會隨便推銷,不像留言所說的那樣

之前聽聞藥師態度不佳,我沒放心上,仍有去光顧,第一次去覺得不錯,藥師很認真的解釋藥物作用。第二次再去,想說藥師前次態度頗友善,就再詢問一下其他藥物相關問題,結果,藥師一副「你怎麼會問這種蠢問題」的態度與表情來回答⋯⋯⋯讓人有點錯愕。重點是回答的內容不太對,因為我後來實在是太想知道答案就去古狗。 後來跟朋友談到此經驗,有個結論,我覺得這個藥師是那種你不要問他問題他都會蠻熱心的衛教,一旦問問題,他可能就會變身!!! 藥局這麼多,我不會想再去看藥師變身了~以為是蜘蛛人喔⋯⋯
