★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looks nice at night given the lighting however this is a pretty quiet area with not much going on. Nonetheless should be a decent area if you're looking to jog or take a stroll.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heart of love river isn't love river. These 2 places are different direction. This place is good for relax walk. There are bridges with instagramable spot. Not far from main station, you can reach by walk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The heart of love river has beautiful lights at night. At daytime you will see the trees and some flowers. You can take a walk, go jogging or cycling by the river. However, the river, even after the clean up, still smells stinky. The water is black, too. Moreover, it’s not good to take your pet dogs for a walk as the park is infested by fleas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's very nice park. We strolled around this park at night with breeze and we also lay on the roof watching stars. I highly recommend everyone if you don't know where you wanna go, it may be a good choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of not so many places in Kaohsiung where the air is much breathable. Once you're in it the outside world seems like the past. Great place to ride a bike or jog. Some people just have to ride their scooter through the park so please be careful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Biking along a 9 miles (15 km) riverbank route in the late afternoon sun is a sheer enjoyment, isn't it? Dictionary defines the word "scenery" as the appearances of natural features of landscape when they are picturesque and pleasant to the viewer's eyes.
I would have tagged my experience a 5-star, if those roadside's shabby and run-down low dwellings are kept out of view, and the smell of rotten eggs from the water not mingling in with the breeze. Too bad that even wearing a N95 face mask can't stop the stinky smell.
