s	shin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 很少牛肉麵深得我心～這家用的是道地台灣黃牛? 肉質的部分我覺得他燉得很軟嫩，基本上肉咬下去就開了，面體的部分他還有分成寬麵，細面，一般麵，而且麵的部分都算還蠻Q彈的，不會太軟也不會太硬，至於湯的部分呢也是很濃郁他算是紅燒但是不會辣，是一般紅燒，有調味料可以另外加辣，而且上菜的速度我覺得是還蠻快的。在小吃的部分他有一些小菜滷蛋豆乾等。費用的話我覺得是蠻便宜的以這個菜色。這一間下次我還會再來而且會帶朋友來嚐嚐。附近的話有蠻多地方都還蠻好停車的，而且還有交通也很方便他就靠近安坑交流道。 Very few beef noodles won my heart~ This home is the authentic Taiwanese yellow calf The fleshy part I think he is very soft and tender.
