★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這個站的後頭，是幾棟新建的大樓，靠近建國北路的是國泰人壽系統的舊房子，打掉重建，建的非常摩登現代，有萬豪酒店進駐，有棟是掛了南山的招牌，看來是南山人壽置產的吧，泛德汽車也在這兒的一棟新大樓的一樓有BMW汽車展示間，這一段看來真是翻新，不可同日而語了。
