★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 三和地區歷史最久的國小，前身是頂六國小和睦分部，因為三和地區逐漸發展，正名和睦國小，學生數量逐漸超越原母校頂六國小，921地震校舍損壞拆除，校地被變更為公園用地，ㄧ度學生被遷至臨時校舍，再被遷到和興國小上課，經地方人士努力爭取原地重建，才有目前堅固的教室，師生經三次搬遷，才得回原地上課，可謂歷盡艱辛
The oldest elementary school in the Sanhe area, formerly known as the Tingliu Elementary School's United Branch, because the Sanhe area has gradually developed and has been renamed as the United States Elementary School. The number of students has gradually exceeded the original mother's school. The land was changed to park land, and the students were relocated to temporary school buildings, and then moved to Hexing State Primary School. After local people worked hard to rebuild in situ, only the current solid classrooms were available. Going back to class to go back to school

小時一年級２－３班，只有一檈，現在皆蓋大樓，樣式翻新，人口增加下，校舎增多。
假日常有操場運動人力，健走、打籃球、丟飛盤....等等活動。也有利用中堂玄關，跳國際標準舞等，社區小學的確為居民帶來方便及文化素養。

Classes 2-3 in the first grade of the hour are only one unit. Now all buildings are built, the style is renovated, the population is increased, and the school unit is increased.
On the holidays, there are often activities such as playground sports, walking, playing basketball, throwing frisbees, and so on. There are also hallway entrances and international standard dances. Community primary schools do bring convenience and cultural literacy to residents.
