但早上6點起床後太陽已升起了，天也早已亮了起來，之後就從彩虹波浪民宿騎著機車，到達了恆春國小，早上在這邊看到了一些年長者在運動，而我本來就打算跑步的我也跟著暖起身子，拉拉筋 做伸展操，之後就跑了5公里，跑完後流了一身汗，感覺通體舒暢起來，然後再來個30分鐘的冥想和10分鐘的瑜伽，運動完後的感覺是不言而喻的，再加上這邊的風景怡人，讓我覺得心況神怡。感覺一天的活力和精神都準備起來了！
The elementary school here often hears the sound of guns in military exercises.
But after getting up at 6 in the morning, the sun has already risen, and the sky has already lighted up. After that, I rode a locomotive from Rainbow Wave B & B to Hengchun Elementary School. I saw some seniors exercising here in the morning, and I I originally planned to run, followed by warming up, stretching and doing stretching exercises. After that, I ran for 5 kilometers. After running, I sweated and felt comfortable. Then I went for 30 minutes of meditation and 10 minutes. Yoga, the feeling after exercise is self-evident, coupled with the pleasant scenery here, makes me feel happy. Feel the energy and spirit of the day ready!

不死鹹、很道地的台灣口味
價格方面比平價高一些~但絕對值得回鍋
Beef is very chunky and juicy

Not dead salty, very authentic Taiwanese taste
The price is higher than the par~ but it is definitely worth returning to the pot

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我現在是恆春國小的學生,老師的教導方式各不同,孩子們的成效也不同,當然,要看孩子的努力成度,我一 年級時的舊大樓已拆除,重建,現在已經有高達四層樓高的教學大樓,後面的風雨球場也正在施工,很期待之後會有甚麼樣子(冷氣現在也在裝設,日後將完成)
I am now a student of Hengchun Elementary School. The teacher’s teaching methods are different, and the children’s effectiveness is also different. Of course, it depends on the children’s efforts. The old building in my first grade has been demolished and rebuilt. The four-story teaching building is under construction at the back of the wind and rain stadium. I am looking forward to what it will look like in the future (the air-conditioning is also being installed now and will be completed in the future)
