★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 紗帽山下的橫嶺古道可從陽明山公園往下走來回，或O形一圈可順便走上紗帽山，沿途有林蔭涼爽有一段竹林猶如置身日本京都嵐山。
 The Hengling Ancient Road at the foot of Shamao Mountain can go back and forth from Yangmingshan Park, or you can walk up to Shamao Mountain in an O-shaped circle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4/13開車前往，紅壇登山口停車場因疫情而停止開放，只能在附近找空地停車。
當日走的是橫嶺古道環狀步道，從紅壇登山口起走，古道平緩好走，尤其青色竹林路段，讓人有進入日本林間的錯覺。走出古道後，再走一小段柏油路，接著就是下坡階梯，階梯上佈滿青苔，請小心行走！進入民宅社區，都有告示牌，請大家保持安靜並戴好口罩。
因是平日前往，人少安靜，走起來很舒服！
I drove there on 4/13. The parking lot at the Hongtan Mountain Entrance was closed due to the epidemic, so I could only find an open space nearby to park.
On the same day, I walked the Hengling Ancient Road Ring Trail, starting from the red altar mountain pass, the ancient road is gentle and easy to walk, especially the blue bamboo forest section, which gives people the illusion of entering the Japanese forest. After walking out of the ancient road, take a short section of asphalt road, and then there is the downhill stairs, which are covered with moss, please walk carefully! When entering the residential community, there are signs, please keep quiet and wear masks.
Because I go there on weekdays, there are few people and quiet, and it is very comfortable to walk!
