Hengshan Station is located in Hengshan Township, Hsinchu County, Taiwan. It is a railway station on the Neiwan Line of the Taiwan Railway Administration. And this station is easy to find, just beside the road on the way to Zhudong~ It is said that Hengshan Station did not exist on the design drawings of the Inner Bay Line at that time, but because Hengshan Village was located at the intersection of Youluo River and Shangping River, every flood, bridge loss and traffic obstruction often caused inconvenience to residents in nearby villages. With the efforts of local people, the original design route was modified to this place, so Hengshan Station was built. The station was initially set up as a simple station in 1950, and a wooden station building was rebuilt in 1953. The style is similar to that of Hexing station. Even when the station was reduced to a greeting station in 1986, the wooden station building was still there! It is a pity that due to the widening project of the third line of Taiwan, the old station building was demolished in about 1989, leaving only a shelter and platform... However, this simple shelter and platform has become a veritable "old station". The main reason is that the gap between the old platform and the track plane is too small to match the height of the train chassis... Therefore, it is about 120 kilometers east of the old platform. A new platform with a higher height and a longer length was built at the foot. Let's take a look at the new platform. There are maple trees and cherry blossoms on the opposite side of the platform. Looking at the information on the Internet, many people visit with a single eye in autumn and winter~ In autumn and winter, maple leaves can be photographed; in winter and spring, cherry blossoms can be photographed; The most beautiful station on the Bay Line is not an exaggeration! This station is currently an unmanned station with only platforms, and you need to use your card to get in and out.

It is an unmanned station, and you need to swipe your card to get on and off. There is no toilet. Fortunately, there are toilets for the whole family on the opposite side. The clerk is very kind and the parking is convenient. There is Chung Hwa University nearby, students occasionally take a train to go home from north to south through Hsinchu

Hengshan Station has no gorgeous station buildings and no lively old streets. There is only a long canopy. The unmanned station only has two electronic tickets to enter and leave the station.
