教練親切,也很認真看待學員需求,會依照個人的身體狀況制定不同的訓練方式,專業度不在話下之外,教練也讓我了解「聆聽身體的聲音」、「將運動融入生活」,還有「學會控制自己的身體」的重要性。 當然最初想上教練課,最主要的原因還是想「減脂變瘦」? 但開始上課之後,除了最初的目標外,我覺得教練更讓我了解一種「生活態度」,嘗試改變思維,學會慢慢地調整自己的飲食及作息,「善待自己的身體」,是一輩子要努力的事情? 一對一教練課,完全是「獨享」空間,不必因旁邊有人而不自在、尷尬,做動作時可以好好感受自己的身體發力,不會分心。過程中教練也不會給太多壓力,一切會依照個人狀況調整,每次上課都很開心! 環境舒適放鬆,淋浴間一次只會有一個人使用,完全是自己的小天地(就像在家裡洗澡一樣哈哈哈) 十分貼心。

雖然只是去體驗課程,但真的可以感受到在裡面的健身房是真的很放鬆,味道氛圍跟一般的健身房真的不一樣,是一個非常適合生女運動的場所。另外想特別稱讚當天幫我上體驗課的教練:Nina,雖然我是去體驗的,但過程真的一點也不馬乎,態度非常好也很親切,過程中完全沒有壓力(逼迫購買行程之類的),Trace人也非常好非常親切,大力推薦這家女性健身房~交通也很方便,下次也機會一定會想再去一次!
