★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this store 3rd times, 1st-2nd time I met really nice staffs and help me a lot. But today I just passed there and want to see some bags and others...what i've got today is fist sentence "This is all reserved" what???? (I am speak english) yes I know it's display only...but the felling is like.... "You cannot get it, because this bag belong to others"
Anyway, during I tried it, she talked with another SA and made me feel like I am the AIR... I dont care you... everything is no stock! OK fine I dont spend money for this brunch anymore

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give it 0 star if possible. Waited outside for 20 minutes, SAs strolled around in the store and came by to tell just wait for a bit longer. Another VIP look lady came by, got in right away. Waited for another 10 minutes or so, decided to leave. I have never been treated worse in my life. Honestly, I don’t even think they care. What’s the point of having your door open when only selected few can get in? Wow, I still got emotional thinking back about the experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ not very professional service. A SA was showing us scarves and another SA was asking the person helping us to ring up another person's purchase, right in front of us. You'll get better customer service and professionalism at the Regent in Taipei.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great brand, horrible experience. I had reserved several scarves and went to pick them up in store ( this was pre-lockdown.)
Even though there were several Sales Assistants standing around, no one offered a greeting much less assistance of any sort.
Approached one male staff member and informed him that I had a few items on hold. He was incredibly rude and unhelpful - after hearing what I said, he proceeded to walk away and assist someone who came in after me.
I proceeded to find another staff member but they too only acknowledged what I said and didn't explain or provide any assistance.
As I was not there to browse, it would have been a quick process for me to pay for my goods and leave, but everyone was too busy standing around rather then make a sale apparently.
Was finally offered assistance by a friendly female staffer. I was glad to have finally gotten my scarves but the whole experience was soured by the poor attitude of the customer service staff present.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rudest services among all the luxury shops I’ve visited.
The doorman’s attitude was awful and very arrogant, refusing to offer any explanation on the system that they are operating in the store and simply wouldn’t let us in.
It was a huge difference compared with my experiences at Cartier yesterday where regardless of the fact that I was only there for watch repair, I was offered a seat to wait for the staff to become available and how they operate in COVID times.
Definitely wouldn’t buy from Hermès for a while.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edison is a spectacular sales man,I was in the store picking some fragrance and he was there helping me out with my decision, I end up picking four different fragrance and I just can’t pick my favorite one because they’re all outstanding ,five star for this guy and the store ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding!! I had an extremely pleasant experience today. My SA is Lynn. She is very nice, helpful and patient. The waiting time is not too bad and I was quite lucky to get my wanted item in a beautiful seasonal colour which I didn't expect.
