綿長的宜蘭濱海觀景海堤步道，在頭城以北有外澳沙灘，北關以北是岩石海潮拍岸海景。合興橋板湖公園觀景堤岸而下，有岩石ˋ消波塊區，也有小區域的沙灘踏浪區。毫無遮蔽物的海平面，可一覽藍天白雲與海面上的亀山島。觀景步道上沒有可供遮蔭處，若無海風襲來空氣則顯燠熱，但海天一色的景色仍值下來休息片刻。
Hexing Bridge Banhu Park is located between the Northeast Coast Road, Daxi Fishing Port and Beiguan Haichao Park.
The long Yilan Coastal Viewing Seawall Trail has Waiao Beach to the north of Toucheng, and the rocky tide to the north of Beiguan. Below the viewing embankment of Banhu Park in Hexing Bridge, there are rock wave-eliminating areas and small beach wave-walking areas. On the sea level with no shelter, you can see the blue sky and white clouds and the island on the sea. There is no shade on the viewing trail. If there is no sea breeze, the air will be hot, but the scenery of the sea and the sky is still worth a moment of rest.
