L	Lee Cheuk Ying on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因為第一次在Heyy用頭髮，沒特別指定設計師，被安排到設計師Una，覺得很感謝～一開始我就有很多問題和想法，她都很耐心的聆聽和解答，盡量分享過往的作品給客人作參考，又會給客人考慮猶豫的時候間，完全不催促。從剪髮洗頭，到燙染護每個步驟都可以感受到她真的超～級～細心，認真的來回檢查頭髮的情況，再去進行下一步動作，又會先跟客人講目前是在做甚麼～弄了有5個小時，都沒有感覺到任何不耐煩或是很趕急。梳頭髮時她都輕輕的，盡量不拉到頭皮。洗頭髮的時候有一點水進耳朵了，我自己也沒怎麼注意，她卻問我要不要棉花棒，是很留意客人狀況和需要的一位設計師? 個人是蠻害怕在用頭髮時的那種被推銷或者跟逼要跟設計師聊天的壓力感，但今天偶爾跟Una聊聊天，有時候安靜一下，整個過程體驗都很棒，完全沒有壓力～
