I had my appointment with Roger and it was one of the best hair coloring experiences I’ve ever had. Roger took the time to explain the process and helped me understand what I wanted versus what’s achievable. Roger didn’t overpromise on what can be delivered and set the expectations appropriately before we started. I had a companion with me and asked how long the appointment is expected to take and Roger simply said it’ll take as long as needed and does not want to be rushed, which is unlike any other hair stylists I’ve dealt with because normally, they want to get done and move on to their next guest. Roger was meticulous and extremely detail-oriented. I saw Roger ran back and forth several time to mix in different shades of purple to achieve the look I was going for. Overall the appointment took nearly 5 hours but definitely didn’t feel like it! The price was quoted before we started and didn’t budge. I went back for a shampoo a few days later and Roger even threw in a free color-depositing conditioning treatment for me! Definitely coming back here to get my hair done again when I’m back in the country :)

My hair stylist Kelly was really attentive and caring, paying much attention to the tiny details when explaining and doing my hair. Would recommend coming over and finding Kelly.

Great skill and service for a good price! I have very thick hair but my hairdresser Vigi was able to cut and style it very well. I don't speak Chinese but was still able to communicate everything I needed. Would recommend to anyone in the ximending area.

The customer service and the work of the hairdresser (Kelly) is very good. She’s very nice and friendly. Would recommend you to her ?If you don’t know what to get, ask her for her opinion because she knows the hairstyle that suits you best. I’m really happy with the outcome and couldn’t have asked for a better hair color.
