★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 取票刷單後說列單機器壞掉，直接撕單子說無法取票，叫我去7-11重印，因系統顯示萊爾富已列印，無法再次到7-11取票，原本已訂好的票，因為店員的疏忽，也沒任何解釋或給予方法，自行撕除繳費單，導致我們坐不到車回家，請問萊爾富員工是這樣處理的嗎？還有萊爾富櫃檯裡有一位突然出現的女士，要我們自行走路去尋找另外一家萊爾富，不是應該是列印前要檢查機台嗎？所以去你們萊爾富取個票要自己看運氣好不好嗎？如果店員刷了運氣不好，機台剛好壞，大家就要自行找另一家萊爾富補印！好棒棒的萊爾富啊！！
