因爲方便,我們每天習慣去拿杯咖啡來喝,連今天已經是這個月第三次拿鐵的牛奶有問題,已經跟店員反應過,依舊沒有改進,為了環保,我們會用自己的環保杯,很多時候沒看就喝完,奉勸大家如果是喝拿鐵☕️,要記得看清楚再喝,免得壞了肚子,(順帶一提:反應給我們壞掉的拿鐵,店員莫莫無反應,也沒要重新給一杯,但那也不是我們原意,我們只希望他們能改善,想不到一再發生,雖然離我們很近,只能放棄了)

2/14一早07:20收到蝦皮取件通知去到店裡面客人也沒有很多男店員告訴我說他還沒有整理好我說我可以自己找他再次很兇的態度跟我說還沒有整理好(業主我想請問一下這樣子的態度是可以的嗎)做服務業的態度真的不可以這樣,物件很多可以理解客戶如今都說自己找件了沒道理不給找吧?沒睡飽脾氣真的不用發洩在顧客身上太不可思議了!

上禮拜六(2/19)下午約5點20分左右,我欲前往中山榮耀店取貨,報出後三碼後女店員說她找不到因為該店物流有些混亂,她要我留電話,找到再通知我來取貨。當天晚上7點22分,該店員通知我找到我的貨品了。 今天(2/21)早上7點20分,我進入中山榮耀店取貨,值班男店員不僅沒有穿著制服,亦未配戴口罩,明顯違反防疫規範,且未配戴名牌導致我無法辨識他的名字,以下皆以「男店員」稱呼之。 他以不耐煩詢問我手機後三碼、姓氏與大小件便開始為我尋找貨品,期間他開櫃子用甩的,包裹翻找用丟的,來來回回約莫30秒後我告知他上述關於週六的事,他口氣相當無禮的問我貨品是用什麼包材裝的,我告訴他我不清楚,他就輕蔑且不屑地發出一聲「切」。再之後,有其他顧客拿著報紙前來排隊結帳,他走回來為後面的客人結帳,把我晾在一旁,其他顧客皆離開後他開始點鈔、數錢,詢問是否要為我找貨品,他說等一下再幫我找。我還有事情要做,我便先行離開了。 其一,我怎麼會知道用什麼裝,我是包裹取貨者,問我這問題不覺得很荒謬嗎? 其二,我在該店跟他耗了10分鐘,我的時間不寶貴嗎? 其三,為什麼我要忍受他糟糕的口氣以及種種無禮的行動? 其四,違反現行防疫規範,我有充足的理由可以向疾管署1922檢舉,該店防疫措施有待改善。 其五,便利商店的存在故名思義為顧客提供便利,浪費了我一堆時間還能稱作便利? 荒謬且笑掉大牙的一家便利商店。

店裡用餐區寬敞,也附有充電插頭,但是人員的素質可能得提升一下…第一次看到超商店員搞失蹤的,還要自己去找,請她來結帳
