★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次走進 HI TOUCH 的心情是有點緊張和擔憂，走出去時的心情卻截然不同，非常滿意、感激又驚喜！ 不論服務態度，染髮技術和價格(真的，染髮技術與收費，不成比例⋯⋯)都滿分！ 我的預約美髮設計師-劉鳳驊， 她不會當我一踏進店門，便開始強硬推銷一些，聽不懂也不需要購買的服務與商品，而是要我先坐下，檢視與討論我的髮質與我想染髮的顏色。
長話短說，我很高興，我找到 HI TOUCH - 劉鳳驊美髮設計師，我再也不必到台北東區101附近，又昂貴又不守時的髮型設計去剪和染髮了。 會讓一個不會寫評語的我，動手寫評語，便可得知我有多滿意了！?
 The first time I walked into HI TOUCH was a bit nervous and worried. The mood when I went out was very different. I was very satisfied, grateful and surprised! Regardless of service attitude, hair dyeing technology and price (really, hair dyeing technology and fees, disproportionately ⋯⋯) are perfect! My appointment hairdressing designer - Liu Fengqi, she will not start to sell some hard when I step into the store, I don't understand or need to buy the services and goods, but I want to sit down, check and discuss me. The hair is the color I want to dye.
Long story short, I am very happy, I found HI TOUCH - Liu Fengqi hairdressing designer, I no longer have to go to the Taipei East District 101, and expensive and untimely hair design to cut and dye hair. I will let a person who can't write a comment, write a comment, and know how satisfied I am! ?

明明說好修髮尾回家發現被打超薄超薄，兩邊長度不一⋯
還被同事朋友嘲笑，感覺極差。只好回去台北找設計師補救

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務態度隨隨便便，剪頭髮，剪太短。感覺只在乎賺錢，卻不在乎客人的感受或是是否有做有品質的服務。還偷偷想我多做加錢的服務卻沒有說要價錢（並且是加一千多元。我拒絕之後他把我頭髮吹乾，沒有做任何的STYLE就說 好了，可以了。z實在太差！
Service attitude is casual, cut hair, cut too short. I feel that I only care about making money, but I don’t care about how customers feel or whether there is quality service. I also secretly thought that I would provide more services but didn't ask for the price (and it was an additional one thousand yuan. 精油嗅吸，肩頸放鬆力道很到位（只是，好像沒有到一開始說的10分鐘啊啊）
洗頭力道方式都很舒服～還有熱敷放鬆，一度快睡著！
想要放鬆是個好選擇

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service. Though the price is on the higher end, the experience is well worth it. I came in for a haircut and deep conditioning for a total of 2200NT.
Service begins with a cup of warm tea. You will be led upstairs where you are seated. A hand massage is immediately given. This is followed by scented oil and shoulder and neck massage.
Then your hair is washed and while the assistant continuously gives a scalp and neck massage. Once you are back in your seat, choose a choice of coffee or hot chocolate. The stylist paid great attention to my haircut and offered suggestions on the best cut for me per my specifications.
4 stars because my appointment was at 5:00pm, but my appointment did not begin till after a good 15 minutes.
