 The management system of this community is perfect ~ hotel-style management community! Won the first place in New Taipei City's annual community management assessment management! And the commune has a heated swimming pool, sauna, cinema, gym, yoga classroom, reading room, the top floor can enjoy the beautiful Tamsui River view and Guirou Mountain view and the romantic night scene of Bali Riverside!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 那是一個社區，管理好，晚上燈打起來也漂亮，，離捷運站很近，旁邊有7-11與全家，超方便…很不錯喔！!
It is a community, well managed, and the lights are beautiful at night. It is very close to the MRT station and there are 7-11 and the whole family next to it. It is super convenient...very good! !

Living in the mangroves is all on the plate. The land is expensive and there is no life function. It’s just a little closer to the MRT. Living in Tamsui or Zhuwei is all right.

可能是老建築了，排水系統很爛，常常有反潮汙水跟化糞池的濁氣傳出。
而且以一樓管理室到每棟距離之間，都要爬樓梯，沒有無障礙步道，真的很糟糕。
