叫客人好像在叫狗一樣！而且當時沒其他客人！不是再忙的時段，已經好幾次了！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 早班有個肉肉的女生跟本來上晚班的一個有年紀的女生，本人有時候不會在家；有時新竹貨運來我無法簽收都會幫我寄放在萊爾富，而今天上午我家人去幫我影印身分證，那兩位店員在我家人面前說我每次新竹貨運包裹都寄放在他們那被他們列入黑名單還一直在我家人面前大笑說三道四的.....這種感覺真的非常差勁?
服務業應該做好自己的事服務客人，並不是在人家面前八卦大笑一點也沒有素質，就算今天你們不給寄放我都可以商量，但聽到這樣子的事真的覺得素質差勁有待加強，請將心比心好嗎....今天換作是你們願意被人家這樣講嗎？！
