★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12/9傍晚,走到櫃檯跟店員說:「我要取貨,末三碼568,姓洪」,店員:「我們現在自助取貨,到後面5號鐵櫃找一下」。
翻找一陣子之後沒有找到,走回櫃檯跟店員反應,店員走過來協助找這層5號鐵櫃,沒找到,店員又走去另一個鐵櫃找。
此時我也在蝦皮物流追蹤裡查詢進度,看見進度是「12/5 21:07買家取件成功」。
問店員:「是被其他人誤取嗎,我這邊物流進度說已被取件欸」,店員才拿出一個已被拆封的盒子,要我確認內容物正不正確,跟我解釋說因為被誤刷了很抱歉。
第一:顧客取貨時,店員應該向顧客確認電話後三碼、姓名、金額,在刷條碼啊,怎麼會發生這種事?
第二:店家好像會貼如圖二的小字條,方便一眼看見末三碼及取貨人姓名,這張小字條的姓名是錯誤的,是不是一開始店員在分類物品時就疏失了,導致其他顧客取錯物品、店員刷錯條碼?
此次取貨經驗很糟糕,煩請店家檢討。

First: When the customer picks up the goods, the clerk should confirm to the customer the last three digits of the phone number, name, and amount. They are scanning the barcode. How could this happen?
Second: The store seems to post the small note as shown in Figure 2, so that you can see the last three codes and the name of the person who picked it up at a glance. The name of this small note is wrong. Is it because the clerk was negligent when sorting the items at the beginning? Other customers took the wrong item, and the clerk swiped the wrong barcode?
The experience of picking up this time is very bad, please review it.
