★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021/11/19晚班男店員（頭髮灰白，年紀約落在40-50歲），沒有服務熱忱，語氣非常冷淡又機械化，結帳後迅速離開櫃檯至休息室與其他員工談笑風聲，語氣完全與客人應對時180度轉變！
辛苦這條街上的居民，可能因為全x，小7陸續關店，他們以為要稱霸這條街是嗎？一顆星都不想給！
 2021/11/19 male clerk in the evening shift (gray hair, about 40-50 years old), no enthusiasm for service, very cold and mechanized tone, left the counter immediately after checkout and went to the lounge to talk and laugh with other employees, the tone was complete 180 degrees change when dealing with guests!
The residents on this street may have closed their shops because of all x and small 7, do they think they want to dominate this street? I don't want to give a star!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 男店員態度差（中年人），愛理不理 ，買一個塑膠袋也要自己裝。去過這麼多間萊爾富，這間拒絕往來。
The male clerk has a poor attitude (middle-aged), ignores it, and has to pack a plastic bag by himself. I have been to so many Lairfords, but this one refuses to communicate.

這家店的老男店員是我遇過便利商店態度最差的店員。
喜歡裝機器人跟你問話，拿個包裹要你回答他所有問題。
這間店只有蝦皮活動免運才會進來，誰會沒事來跟你裝機器人。

The old male clerk in this store has the worst attitude I have ever encountered in a convenience store.
Like to pretend to be a robot to ask you a question, take a package and ask you to answer all his questions.
This store will only come in when the shopee event is free, who will come to install a robot with you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看到大家風評這麼差，我就放心了，服務差，態度差，一臉消費欠牠們幾百萬。如果總公司不處理，相信也該滾開那個商圈，要不然看到全家，7－11生意好，心情特別愉快。
Seeing that everyone has such a bad reputation, I am relieved. The service is poor, the attitude is poor, and I owe them millions of dollars in consumption. If the head office doesn't deal with it, I believe it should get out of that business district, or else see the whole family, 7-11 business is good, and I feel very happy.
