用熊貓訂了14項商品(619元),實際收到只有8項(發票373元,明細確實只有8項),查看我的訂單(變成455元),發現店家劃掉其中4項(上面寫SOLD OUT),但其中有2項沒收到也沒劃掉(墨西哥風味辣雞翅&美式胖雞球),先不說「我用熊貓500元折價券訂購商品,缺一堆貨導致我沒能500元全額抵用」這件事(缺貨很正常,我能理解),但打去店裡問,店員還說此兩樣確實缺貨。若確實缺貨,為什麼不在我的訂單上也將這兩樣商品劃掉??? 還要浪費我電話錢打去問!並且還要再另外花時間跟熊貓客服聯絡! 這不是什麼很嚴重的問題,總之我個人主觀上感覺不是很好,給三顆星的評價,馬馬虎虎,有待加強

2/5早上去取貨,店員一邊跟別的客人聊天,一邊問我「貨是今天到的嗎?」我說不是她才肯輸入資料去找,且口氣也不是很好的跟我說「後三碼跟名字都要」,剛剛去取貨也都沒有問我後三碼跟名字,直接眼神示意就要我自己講!? 回到2/5那天,她也沒認真找就跟我說總共兩件另一件今天才到還在歸貨,我說沒關係那我先取一件。後來越想越不對..走出門市看了一下簡訊明明2/4早上九點就通知我取貨了,於是我又走進去跟她說(剛好手機畫面停在蝦皮),她看到就指著我的手機說「這是系統時間,要以簡訊為主」;我說「我就是昨天早上九點收到簡訊」;她才一臉不耐煩的說「好,我等下幫你找」 口氣像在敷衍很盧的客人一樣,今天是她顧著聊天不認真找貨欸!怪我嗎?是想讓客人多去幾趟多受幾次氣? 我看google也很多人留言說她態度差,希望門市能正視此問題!謝謝 官網的”聯絡我們”都送不出去!

到店取件,店員告知採自助式拿取包裹。包裹全堆在貨架高處,我的還被壓在三四件他人的包裹下,等於要消費者自己搬上搬下,很容易就弄掉別人的包裹,也不免擔心自己的包裹在尚未取件的時間裡究竟被其他消費者摔下來多少次?向值班店員康小姐反應此事,建議要自助就要有容易拿取的配套措施,該員兩手一攤外加語氣不耐說:「這是公司叫我們這樣做的」,服務態度也令人不敢領教!

(1/30更新)最近又看見這位店員了,我懷疑老闆沒正視這個問題。另外,最近去拿包裹她還指著牌子叫我自己去找貨,被堆在一個很高的地方,請問如果有心人拿走別人的包裹你們要怎麼賠償呢,真的很好笑⋯⋯沒看過一間便利商店做成這樣的? 早班短髮女店員,姓謝!態度有夠差,我已經站在收銀台,她竟然無視客人,到底是店員還是老闆,已經想客訴她很久了⋯⋯今天態度還是很差,一般客人來應該馬上詢問需要什麼,每次看到都是一副愛理不理,請問我有欠你錢嗎!你已經影響到我一整天的心情?這種人不配當服務業,請老闆或店長再教育,或者不要錄用。 剛剛看了貴店的評論幾乎也都是客訴店員態度差,請問⋯到底有沒有解決?真的很好奇!

The staff mostly are nice, but maybe one staff have been so mean and unpatience by get angry so quick.. But nvm, almost every 3 days I go here to pick up my online package ~ and we take our own order~ and take it to the cashier~ I even join the member app for it haha~~
