★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店家的取貨付款服務很差?我遇到的店員看起来像個個小孩子。那时它正在和另個店员聊天。它告訴我它們這裡都是要客人自取拿去櫃台结帳。没有在幫客人取貨的。問題是客人不可能會比店家更熟悉店裡環境。對於身心障礙者也是很不方便呢。店員有時間發呆有時間聊天,其實能幫客人取貨也只是舉手之勞而已呀

第一次，說要先去櫃檯報電話號碼確認後，再自己去找。
第二次，店員就不耐煩說：「以後要自己先去拿再來結帳，我們不幫忙找...。」（啊不是之前說要確認?？）
第三次去要自己先找包裹，就被店員大吼說：「你在幹嘛！取貨要先來報電話。」搞得我好像小偷一樣??。
每次流程都不一樣，所以到底是怎樣啊？？
