問題是商品眾多,商品是店員整理的,而且分類不清楚,有上櫃、下櫃、中櫃,還有旁邊堆積的貨品,也沒有按照到貨日期區隔,讓客人如同大海撈針,店員閒閒沒事幹在那裏聊天,也不幫忙客人找。
讓所有客人都擠在一個狹小的空間找貨品,現在疫情期間,徒增群聚風險
服務業也未免做得太爛,實在連一顆星都不想給。。。
