★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 過年店休四天導致客戶包裹被退回,我跑了兩趟,並在2/4一早打了電話確認取貨時間結果還被退包裹,從店長到店員都一慣的他們依規辦理不是他們的責任,店休都理所當然,電話上跟我講錯日期讓我撲空還理直氣壯跟我說他們不可能講錯,我也是依規去取貨取不到貨,店長也沒辦法協助解決任何問題,導致產生未取貨紀錄,大家包裹要寄這家店要小心。
