★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一位體積較大的女性店員告知沒有聽說取貨的抽獎會員活動，我查明明就有...當下事不關己的說沒聽過，也沒有查詢資訊，影響顧客權益！員工訓練有待加強，至少應該要了解有什麼活動，而不是不知道也無所謂的態度

Staff training needs to be strengthened, at least it should be understood what activities are there, not an attitude of not knowing or not

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務態度真的很差，尤其是那位劉姓長的胖胖的女店長，每次光顧都得看她眼色，還邊泡咖啡邊講電話，問要不要加糖都不耐煩，好幾次光顧都看到她，有時選購香煙品牌選比較久都不耐煩還要瞪人，請問，這是服務員該有的態度嗎
The service attitude is really bad, especially the chubby female shopkeeper with the surname Liu, she has to look at her every time she visits, she also talks on the phone while making coffee, and she is impatient to ask if she wants to add sugar. 我10.30站在櫃檯等買東西 看著貴公司中班員工一直忙自己的 等了快5分鐘才願意過來幫忙結帳 裡面也有一位顧客感覺一直在等她 不知道是多趕下班？

I stood at the counter at 10.30 and waited to buy something. I watched that the mid-shift employees of your company had been busy. I waited for almost 5 minutes before I was willing to come over to help check out. There was also a customer who felt that she had been waiting for her.
