★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員服務態度有待加強,喔應該說,態度超差。地下室有休息區但手機完全沒訊號,晚上十一點過後所有休息區都不能用只能外帶。

有次領包裹說了手機末三碼
結果店員竟然沒有動作還在原地玩手機!
經過我提醒後才終於緩慢的放下手機找包裹
感受超差,員工訓練完全不足!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我最近看的萊爾富便利商店,這是首次看到有兩位店員的,不曉得是不是我的記憶有誤,或是因為中午時間店員在交班的緣故。一位顧櫃檯,客人不是很多,但是陸陸續續的進來,也需要人力照顧。
一位男店員在ATM領錢,好像要領很多的樣子,我看他在機器處操作化了不少的時間。
店內座位區不大,但是是有客人坐在那邊喝飲料。

A male clerk collects money at the ATM. It seems that he has to collect a lot of money. I think he has spent a lot of time operating the machine.
The seating area in the store is not large, but there are customers sitting there drinking drinks.
