「給一顆星還嫌浪費」 此店家夜班人員,沒有確實清點貨物所以也沒有回報貨物短少,取貨人剛好去門市取其他貨,店家告知隔天會有別的貨到,到了隔日取貨人去取貨,店家反應此貨還未找到,故跟取貨人留了手機,但店家遲遲未給回覆,而是取貨人再次去店家詢問,才告知取貨人還是沒找到貨物,第2次再去取貨時才明確告知貨物遺失! 寄件人打給門市詢問,然後店員似乎沒按到保留 對話如下: 我:請問你們貨物到時會清點貨物數量嗎? 店員1:會啊!我們會做清點 我:那我有一件貨物部分遺失,且沒有回報是怎麼處理 店員1:是哪個貨物我幫你查看看 (查的過程中,發現貨物是遺失的,就把電話轉給店員2) (詢問的過程中還隱約聽到當天貨物是遺失4件) 店員2:你好,不好意思!這個貨物目前我們還在找 我:這個貨物已經遺失很久了!而且我打給客服詢問時, 客服跟我說該店家當天並未回報貨物有少 (此時店員2不知道問了誰,所以當天她有回報嗎?)
